A 65-year-old man who died in a tractor crash in Co Leitrim will be laid to rest today.
His funeral Mass is taking place this morning in Drumcong.
Padhraic Beirne was driving his tractor at around 11 o’clock on Sunday night in Drumcong when it crashed.
No other vehicle was involved, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

He lived in nearby Aughacashel and, at the time of his death, had been working for North West Tool Hire in Kilclare for the previous 42 years.
They described him as a dedicated, hardworking and much-loved employee.
His funeral Mass is taking place at 11.30 this morning in St Brigid’s Church, Drumcong.
He’ll be buried afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
