Roscommon University Hospital has appointed Brid Ni Chlochartaigh to the role of Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Diabetes.
The Galway native will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, prescribing and discharging diabetes patients and will also create personalised treatment plans based on the latest clinical evidence and best practices.
The role brings much needed diabetes expertise to the hospital and Brid says she's very excited to be working in the area.
