On this morning's Joe Finnegan Show, Ballinamore native and journalist Paul Williams spoke to Joe about the dangers of the "mob mentality" that can take hold.
It follows the violent storming of a house that had been repossessed in the early hours of Sunday morning just outside Strokestown in Roscommon.
The family has re-occupied the house after being evicted last Tuesday. A vigil has been maintained by friends, neighbours and supporters outside since.

Last night, Shannonside Journalist Eoghan Murphy attended the vigil and told Joe what the scene was like before Paul Williams discussed his concerns about the situation.
