Longford residents are being urged to dispose of household hazardous waste as part of an initiative this weekend.
A free collection day is taking place at Pearse Park from 10am to 2pm this Saturday.
It's being hosted by Regional Waste Management Planning Offices and Longford County Council.
Items such as household chemicals, personal care products, garden chemicals, paints and automotive products will be accepted.
