A Leitrim climate activist is calling on Ireland to lead by example when it comes to efforts to tackle climate change. Leslie O'Hora, who's a Green Party representative based in Carrick-on-Shannon, says our weather is becoming even more unpredictable. He says this is a direct result of climate change and urgent action is now needed. It follows major flooding in the east and southeast this week following Storm Chandra.
