LISTEN: Cian's Kennels mobile pet therapy unit to provide life-changing service for sick children

A Longford charity's new mobile pet therapy service will help sick children across the region.
Professor Michael O'Grady, a Consultant Paediatrician at Regional Hospital Mullingar, says the new Cian's Kennel service launched today will have major benefits for children and parents alike.
Cian's Kennel's allows children undergoing hospital stays to re-unite with their family pets at a purpose built centre on the grounds of Crumlin Children's Hospital.

The charity was set up in honour of Longford teen Cian Neary who passed away at 15 years of age.
The new mobile pet therapy service will provide a safe and welcoming space for children and teens to interact with fully trained and certified therapy dogs.
