LISTEN: Carrick resident whose son has cystic fibrosis is going to Everest for charity

A Carrick-on-Shannon resident who has a child with autism and cystic fibrosis is walking the Everest Base Camp for charity.

Carmel Donnelly's five-year-old son, Noah, has both conditions.

She is heading to Nepal in October to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland - and her campaign on Just Giving has already raised over € 5,000.
