Rebecca Osgood from Ballinlough and her family were key to a campaign by at risk groups to be moved up the Covid 19 vaccination priority list. Having received word a number of weeks ago that young people under 18 who havc vulnerable health conditions would now be in category 4 rather than 14, it was a waiting game to get the final call for the job.
