Chris Friel, our AA Rosette Award Winning Chef is passionate about using the best of local produce in Sligo. He works closely with some of Sligo’s artisan producers to source delicious fresh ingredients, in season.
The Hazelwood Restaurant is open for Breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am Monday - Friday and from 7.00am - 11am Saturday - Sunday. The Hazelwood Restaurant is open for Dinner from 6pm - 9pm (opens from 5pm over School Holiday's) with last orders at 9pm. Jack B's Bar is serves food from 10.45am each morning.
