Tuesday, April 14th 2026, peacefully, in her 94th year, in the tender care of the nurses and staff in Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle.
Teresa (Tessie) Gilmartin (née Sweeney), pre-deceased by her beloved husband Joe.
Teresa will be sadly missed by her sons; Padraig, Seamus, Tony, Gerard, Joseph and Damien, daughters; Mary, Teresa and Edel, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and her many close friends.
Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon (F52WT26) on Thursday evening, April 16th 2026, from 5p.m. until 8p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the B. V. M. Arigna, on Friday (April17th) at 12 noon, followed by interment afterwards in Kilronan Cemetery.
