Teresa Neary (nee Egan) passed away on Wednesday, 11th June 2025.
Daughter of the late Mena & Paddy Egan, Pound Road, Ballygar, Co. Galway, beloved wife of the late Tony and aunt of the late Alan Egan.
Sadly missed by her sons Paul (Strandhill, Sligo), Philip and Patrick, daughter Aisling (Dublin) and her grandchild Síofra. Remembered by her brother Peter Egan (Ballygar) sisters Mary McManus (Dublin), Anne Greene (Leixlip), Jo Kelly (Ballygar), Breda Løjmand (Denmark), Mairead Kelly (Ballinlass), Kate Jones (UK), and Martina Egan-Kenny (New Hampshire, USA). Deeply regretted by her brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and the extended members of the Neary and Egan families, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Dempsey’s funeral home, Ballyforan, H53 HE63, on Friday evening from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Removal from her home on Saturday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Dysart cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Mayo Roscommon.Hospice. House private please.
