Sean Donnelly passed away on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the devoted care of the staff at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore.
Much loved husband of the late Bridie, son of the late Joseph and Mary, and brother of the late Philomena, Seamus, Dessie and Brendan.
Forever missed by his daughters Pauline, Geraldine and Martina and sons Joe and David. Remembered by his sister Ethna (Galvin), brothers Mallie and Fr. Michael. Missed by his sons-in-law Gerard, Jonathan and Enda, daughter-in-law Jayne, grandchildren Keelan, Olivia, Laura, Lochlainn, Grace, Carla, Hazel, Jessica, Ava and Seán. Deeply regretted by his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many good friends.
May Sean rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Thursday from evening 5 o’c until 7 o’c followed by removal to Church of Mary Immaculate, Rahara. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Rahara Cemetery.
