Private Walter Gibbons passed away on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025. Suddenly, but peacefully at his residence.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Gretta, brothers; Martin and Colm, sisters; Carmel and Helen.
Sadly missed by his adored daughter Emma and her mother Teresa, Sharon, his sisters; Gertie, Bernadette, Pauline, Leonie, Miriam and Jacinta, his brothers; Gerard and Joseph, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of extended family, friends and neighbours.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at McHugh’s Funeral Home, Strokestown (F42 RK72), on Sunday, November 30th, from 3pm-6pm. Mass of the Resurrection will take place on Monday, December 1st, at 11am, in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Strokestown, Burial afterwards in Ballinderry Cemetery.
