Philip Duffy passed away on Sunday, 8th February 2026. Peacefully, in Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his wife Katie and parents Tom and Margaret.
Sadly missed by his family, sons Thomas and Philip-Oliver, daughters Marie (Curwin) and Margaret. Remembered by his daughter-in-law Catherine, sons-in-law Brendan Curwin and Sean Browne. Adored by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, relatives neighbours and friends.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
Rest in Peace Philip.
Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford (N39KN66) on Tuesday 10th from 6.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 11th in St .Colmcille's Church, Aughnacliffe at 11am. Philip will be laid to rest in the family plot in the adjoining cemetery.
