Tuesday, 26th of August 2025. Peacefully surrounded by his heartbroken family and in the exceptional care of the staff of the Heart & Lung Transplant Unit of the Mater Hospital, Dublin.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his loving wife Catherine, his adored children; David, Stephen and Amy. Remembered by his daughter-in-law Amie, partners; Mary and Conal, brothers; Charlie and Eugene, sisters; Geraldine, Joan, Margaret, Helen and Bridie. Deeply regretted by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, many good friends, neighbours and his beloved dog Bobby.
May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
May the rains fall soft upon the fields,
and until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Reposing at his family home in Kilnashee, Drumlish, (Eircode N39 C862) on Friday 29th August from 4pm concluding with prayers at 8pm, (The family will take a break at 6pm for 20 minutes)

Funeral Mass on Saturday 30th of August in St. Mary’s Church, Drumlish at 12 o’clock, followed by burial in Drumlish Cemetery.
