Miriam O'Callaghan (née Gannon) passed away peacefully on 3rd, January 2026, in her 90th year, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the Nurses and Staff at St Patrick's Hospital, Carrick-on-Shannon. Predeceased by her husband Michael, sister Josephine, brother Eamonn, daughter-in-law Fidelma and niece Rosemary.
Sadly missed by her loving family, sons; Edward, Michael and Francis, daughters; Joanne and Inez, sons-in-law, Dónal and Paul, sister Pauline and brothers; Declan and Damian. Adored grandchildren; Fionn, Daniel and Samuel and their Dad Francis, Muireann and Senan and all Miriam's nieces and nephews.

Reposing at St. Patrick's Community Hospital Chapel on Sunday, 4th January, from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass in St Patrick's Church, Drumshanbo, on Monday, 5th January, at 11am followed by burial in Drumshanbo New Cemetery.
