Maureen Doherty (née Doherty) passed away on Monday, 23 June 2025. Peacefully, at the North West Hospice Sligo in her 98th year, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Con, parents Jack and Bridget and her brothers Jim, Tom, Luke and John Joe.
eeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons Gerard, Neil and Jim, her adoring grandchildren Marie and Caroline (Wayne) and great-grandson Luke, sister Bridie, (Bolton), daughters-in-law Phyllis and Marian, nieces, nephews extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Removal from her home on Wednesday 25th June arriving to St. Brigid’s Church, Drumcong at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery.
House private to family, close friends and neighbours.
