Mary Fannon (née Hogan)
Cuar na Lus, Circular Rd, Galway city / Lenamarla, Creggs, Co Galway
Sunday, 19th of October, 2025. Peacefully, in her 92nd year, in her own residence, surrounded by her loving family and dear friend Anthony.
Pre-deceased by her husband William, parents Thomas and Catherine Hogan, her sons Patrick, Tommy and Liam. Her granddaughters Paige and Catriona, and her brothers Tommy, Ned, Kevin, Richard, Jimmy, John and Christy also predecease her.
Sadly missed by her loving daughters Margaret (USA), Martina (USA), Catherine (Galway), Maureen (USA), Teresa (Roscommon), Caroline (Creggs), Williamena (Kildare), her sons Peter (USA), Jimmy (Ballaghaderreen) and Kevin (USA). Remembered by her sister-in-law Marie (UK), daughters-in-law and sons-in-law. Adored by her 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Tuesday evening from 5 o’c until 7 o’c followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Kilbegnet (F42 AY75). Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday morning at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Kilbegnet Cemetery.
