Mary Carroll (nee Flynn) died on Monday, 2nd March 2026, in her 95th year. Peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family.
Mary is predeceased by her husband Joe (recently) and by her baby son Colm, mother Delia, father James, step father John Donohoe, brothers; Pat Flynn and John James Donohoe, sister-in-law Sr, Veronica and brother-in-law Tom.
She will be sadly missed by her loving daughters; Anne Marie, Martina, and Carmel, sons-in-law; Paddy Campbell, and David Kenny, her grandchildren; Melissa, Darren, Patrick, Oisin, Ciara, Aoife, Eoin, Adam, Alanna and Joe, great-grandchildren; Cara, Mia, Sophia, Savannah and Noah, her sisters-in-law; Ann Donohoe and Margaret Hewitt, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Dempsey’s funeral home, Ballyforan on Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning to the church of Christ the Good Shepard, Four Roads for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Tisrara cemetery.

The Carroll family wish to thank the many carers that provided care to Mary enabling her to live at home. The family also appreciate the support received from Western Alzheimers Foundation and also the Palliative care team.
