Martin Whitton died on Wednesday, 25th February 2026. Peacefully in Mullingar Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his parents Andy and Nora, brothers; Thomas, Paul and Noel (infant).
Martin will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving family, his partner Ann, sons; Patrick and Andrew, their mother Bridgie, daughter-in-law Emma, Alice (Andrew's partner), his adored grandchildren; Kyle, Aidan, Sarah and Finn, brother Jimmy, sister Margaret (Newtowncashel), brother-in-law Paddy Conlon, sister-in-law Connie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and dear friends.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford, (N39KN66) on Thursday 26th from 6pm, concluding with prayers at 8.15pm.
A Celaberation Service of Martin's life will take place in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd, Cavan on Friday, 27th at 2pm.
