Marciana (Marcie) O’Brien (née O’Dowd) died peacefully on Friday, 20th February 2026 at her home and in the loving care of her family.
Pre-deceased by her husband, Liam; and her parents, Frank and Maureen. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her loving family: daughters, Marese, Deirdre, Catriona and Sinéad; sons, Declan, Francis and Liam; sons-in-law, Gerry, Hugh, Frank and Micheal; daughters-in-law, Dympna and Patricia; adored grandchildren, Liam, Amy, Nicole, Jessica, Aoife, Seán, Saoirse, Aoibheánn, Grace and Darragh; sister, Phyllis; brothers, Michael, JP, Frank, Tommy, Alo and Vincent; brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Monday 23rd February arriving at 5 o’ clock. Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday 24th at 12 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church followed by burial in Jamestown cemetery.
