Mally Guckian passed away on 14th February 2026 (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving and devoted family.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Mena who died on 4th February, parents Michael and Fanny, sisters Virginia and Lizzie Joe, brother Patsy.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his devoted family. Son Mal (Leitrim Village) daughters; Sinéad (Dublin), Bernie (Kilnagross), Emer (Dromod), Sharon (Keshcarrigan), sons-in-law Vinny; Cian, Brendan and John, daughter-in-law Paula, adored grandchildren; Robyn, Anna, Lottie, Claire, Senan, Abban, Connall, Fiadh, Ellie Jane, Coan, Art, Faolán, and Íde, sister-in-law Nancy, nieces; Isabella, Mary and Brigid, nephews; Michael, Ciaran and Thomas. extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Removal to St. Patrick’s Church Gowel (N41 HX83) on Sunday evening 15th February arriving at
5 o’clock.
One way traffic system in operation, entry to Gowel church via Kiltoghert Road and exit on to Kilnagross Road
Mass of Christian burial on Monday 16th February in St. Patrick’s Church Gowel at
12 o’clock, followed by burial in Kiltoghert Cemetery.
