Joseph (Joe) O Neill died on Thursday 30th April, peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in Thomond Lodge Nursing Home, Ballymahon.

Predeceased by his parents Pat and Kate, and his brother Johnny.

Sadly missed by his son John, sisters Kathleen, Eileen, Mary (Tullahan, Co. Leitrim), Joan (Kent, England), brothers Mick and Oliver, nieces, nephews, relatives and his large circle of friends.

Deep are the memories,

Precious they stay;

No passing of time, can take them away.

Rest In Peace Joe.

Reposing at his residence in Legan on Friday, 1st May, from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from his residence on Saturday, 2nd May, to St. Mary’s Church, Legan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Following Mass, Joe will be laid to rest in Rathaspic Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all who cared for Joe, especially the oncology team at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, Palliative Care Longford/Westmeath, and the Irish Cancer Society transport service for their care and kindness.
