James Tully passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully on October 19th, 2025, with his family at his side, in the exceptional care of the ICU Team in The Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Patricia; his brothers, Enda and Mark; and his nephew, Mark. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken family, his adored wife and best friend, Noreen; cherished children, Enda, (his wife, Claire); daughter, Edwina Burke (her husband, David); and his idolised granddaughters, Aoibheann, FreyaRose & Lottie. James is also sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Ciaran, Maria (Regan), Sean, Edel (Molloy), Aidan, Pat & Theresa; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, relatives, neighbours, staff and many friends.
May He Rest in Peace.
James will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Frenchpark on Wednesday evening from 5pm with removal to St. Asicus’ Church, Frenchpark arriving at 8pm.
Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday at 1pm, followed by private committal service in Sharkey’s Cremation Chapel, Loughglynn
