Jack O’Farrell died on Thursday, 22nd January 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his family.
Pre-deceased by his parents and by his sister Kathleen.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, beloved wife Philomena, daughter Marie, sons; Sean and Philip, grand-daughter Kiera, son-in-law Ali, brother Joe, sister Ann and Maureen, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Monday 26th January from 5.00pm, concluding with prayers at 7.00pm.
Removal on Tuesday 27th January, to arrive at Lakelands Crematorium Cavan for cremation service at 1.00pm.
No flowers please, donations if desired to Longford Hospice, c/o Glennon Funeral Directors or any family member.
House private please.
