Hugh Donohoe died on Thursday, 22nd January 2026, Peacefully, at North West Hospice Sligo, surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his parents Mary and Frank, brother Frank, and sister-in-law Ann.
Ssadly missed by his loving family. Wife Catherine, son David (Ballinameen), daughters; Deirdre (Meath) and Síle (Carrick-on-Shannon), daughter-in-law Sandra, sons-in-law; Dónal and Neville. Adored grandchildren; Róisín, Ethan, Éadaoín, Emily, Cahir and Nicole. Sisters; Geraldine and Carmel, brother Peter, brother-in-law Tom, sisters-in-law; Marie, Mary, Margaret, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Saturday 24th January at 6 o’ clock.
Mass of Christian burial on Sunday 25th at 12 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church with cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 4 o’ clock.
