Frances Kilcoyne (Née Hanley) passed away onWednesday, February 25th, 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family after a short illness in the care of the compassionate staff in the Mater Hospital Dublin.
Predeceased by her parents Edward and Mary, brothers Ned, Mike, Paddy, Gerry, sisters Mary, Margaret and great grandson Fionn.
Profoundly missed by her heartbroken husband Patrick. Devoted mother to her cherished children David, Theresa (Collins), Sharon (Dowd), Johnny, Caroline (Oates) and Lynda. Remembered by her Daughters-in-Law Ursula and Karilie, Sons-in-law Noel, David and Liam. Adored by her grandchildren Catríona (Gilroy), David, Aaron, Lee, Luke, Stephen, Rachel, Myah, Krish, Harry, Dylan, Seán, Abbie, Conor, Owen, Chloe, Aliannah and her great granddaughter Ríadh. Deeply missed and remembered by her sisters Kathy and Annie, her brothers Jimmy, and Johnny, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Your life was love and labour, Your love for your family true, You did your best for all of us, We will always love and remember you.

Reposing at Farrell’s Funeral Home, Rathcline Road, Lanesboro, Co. Longford, (N39 E761) on Friday the 27th of February from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday the 28th of February at 12pm in St. Mary’s Church Lanesboro (N39 TN99) followed by burial in Clonbonny Cemetery (N39 TN93).
