Elizabeth (Lizzie) McNerney passed away on Saturday, May, 16th 2026. Peacefully, in the tender loving care of the staff of Laurel Lodge Nursing home, Longford and surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Annie, sisters Mary Anne and Theresa and infant brother Charles Joseph.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Sarah Rehill (Ballinamuck), cousins, relatives, close friends and neighbours.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing in the Laurel Lodge Nursing Home Chapel, Longford (Eircode N39 XE92) on Monday 18th May from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 19th May to arrive at St Columcille’s Church, Aughnacliffe (Eircode N39 K603) at 11am. Followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery.
