Charlie Hilliard died on Tuesday, 14th April 2026. Peacefully, at the Regional Hospital Mullingar, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his wife Mary, his sisters; Mary, Margaret and Nancy, his brothers; Bernard and Michael.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, daughters; Marie Cunningham (Kildare) and Cathy O'Carroll (Kildare), son-in-law Adrian. Remembered by his cherished grandchildren; Aisling, Cathal and Padraic. Deeply regretted by his sister Helen (Lena) Delaney (Moate) and brother Tom (New York), sisters-in-law Maureen (Clonahard), Anne (New York) and Roseleen Conry (Roscommon), nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace.
Reposing in Glennon's Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford on Friday from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Brigid's Church, Ardagh, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
