Charlie Curley died on Monday, January 5th, 2026; (peacefully), in his 96th year, in the devoted care of the staff at Sonas Nursing Home, Cloverhill.
Pre-deceased by his parents; Peter and Anne, and by his siblings; Bridget, Pat, Mary, Peter, Tom, Rose and Anthony.
Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday evening from 5 o’clock until 6.30 o’clock, followed by removal (via Castlestrang) to the Church of the Assumption, Castlecoote. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in Fuerty Cemetery.
