Captain Gilbert Muldowney

Captain Gilbert Muldowney died on 25th January, 2026, fulfilling his duty and doing what he loved in Northumbria, England.
Late of 129 (Dragon) Battery, 4th Regiment Royal Artillery.
Immeasurably mourned by his parents; Meg and David, sisters; Rachel and Kate. Sadly missed by his grandfather Fred, aunties, uncles and cousins. Deeply regretted by his extended family, goddaughter Katie, a large circle of friends, and fellow brothers and sisters in arms.
In loving memory of a life so richly lived and a heart so deeply loved.

Removal from the family home on Saturday, 7th February, at 12.30pm, carried shoulder high, to St Attracta’s Church, Ballinameen - F52 XT78 - arriving at 12.45pm for Concelebrated Mass of the Resurrection at 1.00pm. Gilbert will be laid to rest afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
