The quality of our Care Assistants determines the quality of our services; firstly a rigorous recruitment and interview process takes place for all of our healthcare assistants. Secondly; we insists on the quality of the training for our staff and have strict policies and procedures. These include recognising elder abuse and maintaining dignity in the workplace. In addition we carry out constant employee reviews; ensuring that our healthcare assistants are meeting the care requirements of our clients.
