Val Dolan died on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024; peacefully. In the devoted care of the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Beloved husband of Eilish and much loved Dad to Colette, Paul and Alan. He will be very sadly missed by his family, son-in-law Rhys, daughters-in-law; Miriam and Stephanie, grandchildren; Zoe, Lucy, Aoibhínn, Laoise, Oisín, Órlaith, Matthew, Savannah and Leonore, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, good neighbours and friends.
Val is predeceased by his grandson Baby Liam, parents; Paddy and Mary Bridget, brothers; Seamus and Mickey and sisters; Maura and Annie.
Reposing at his home in Culleen (F42 Y512) on Sunday from 3 o’clock until 5.30 o’clock, followed by removal to St Patrick’s Church, Knockcroghery. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 11 o’clock, followed by private cremation. No flowers please.
