Timothy (Timmy) Winters died on Monday, 12th January 2026, peacefully at his home.
Pre-deceased by his son William.
Dearly missed by his beloved wife Eilish, his daughters; Avril & Jenifer, his brothers & sisters; Michael, Denis, Madeleine, Stephen, Bernard, Tony, Elaine, Imelda, Sabrina, Carmel & Eva, son-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews & nieces, extended family, former colleagues in An Garda Síochána, neighbours, & many friends.
Reposing at his home in Lissacarn, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim, N41 CF70, this Tuesday January 13th from 3pm until 7pm and also on Wednesday January 14th from 3pm until 7pm.
Removal on Thursday morning from his home to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinamore for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Oughteragh Cemetery, Ballinamore.
