Thomas (Tom) McGovern passed away on Wednesday, April 10th surrounded by his family.
Beloved husband of Una (Gibbons) and treasured father to Stephanie, Aideen, Hugh, Orla, Paul, Martina, Shane, and Colm. Sadly missed by his children, sons in law, daughters in law, his adored grandchildren, his sisters Philomena and Margaret, his brother Pat, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends and neighbours.
Predeceased by his brothers, John James, Joe, and Frank and sisters Chris and Rose.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at his home (N41 H521) on Thursday April 11th from 4PM until 8PM. Family time on Friday morning.
Removal on Friday morning (April 12th) from his home to St. Patrick’s Church, Drumshanbo for Funeral Mass at 12noon.
Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery.
Funeral Mass will be streamed live on https://www.churchtv.ie/drumshanbo/ and on Drumshanbo Parish Facebook Page.
Family Flower only, donations in lieu of flowers to the Poor Clare Convent, Drumshanbo.
