Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Hannah, brothers Malachy, Gerard and Brendan.
Deeply missed by her sisters; Kathleen Fuller (England), Philomena Duffy (Meath) and Rita Roughneen (Roscommon), brothers Sean (Dublin) and Tommy (Galway), sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and her many relatives and friends in California, U.S.A. and Ireland, Mercy Sisters Western Province, her community in McAuley House and Cruby Hill, Roscommon.
May Sr. Maura rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday afternoon from 3 o’c until 4.30 o’c followed by removal to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in the Convent of Mercy Community Cemetery, Roscommon.
The family and Mercy Sisters would like to thank the staff at the Roscommon Hospital and Hospice for the dedicated, excellent care and support during her time there.
