Kilsallagh, Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford and late of Notre Dame Convent, Dublin and Hastings, UK, also of Abbeyshrule.
Sr. Ita McCabe died peacefully, in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown.
Predeceased by her father Felix and her mother Anne, her brothers; Joe, Matthew, Barney and Monsignor Albert and sisters; Kathleen, Nan and Sr. Gabriel.
Deeply regretted by the Sisters of Our Lady of the Missions RNDM. Sadly missed by her loving sisters; Anna, Josie, Olive and her brother Kieran, sisters-in-law Josie and Susan, brother-in-law John, nieces and nephews, cousins, Flood and Bannon families, relatives and friends.
Reposing in Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home Chapel this evening (Tues) evening from 5pm with Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wed) in St. Mary's Church, Edgeworthstown at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Aughafin cemetery.
