Sean Hanley passed away on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Bridie, his sisters Kathleen and Elizabeth and by his brothers-in-law Michael, Sean and Martin.
Forever missed by his adored beloved wife Betty, daughter Sharon (McDermott), sons James and John, son-in-law Martin, daughters-in-law Denise and Anja, grandchildren Dylan, Amelia, Freya, Aoibheann, Conor, Oscar, Michaela and J.P., sisters Bridie, Marion and Carmel, aunt Lucy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Sean rest in peace.
Reposing at his home in Lisnaria (F42 HV22) on Thursday evening from 4 o’c until 7 o’c – House private outside of these times please. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30 o’c arriving to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Ballyleague for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Cloontuskert Cemetery.
The Hanley family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all those who looked after Sean during his short illness and also their dear neighbours and friends for the kindness and support shown to them at this time.
