Patrick (Pat) Patridge passed away on Thursday, 11th September 2025. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of all the staff of Thomond Lodge, Ballymahon.
Predeceased by his parents Paddy (Patrick) and Margaret, his aunt Sr. Bernadette, and his mother-in-law Nellie (Ellen) Murray.
Sadly missed & always remembered with love by his loving wife Sheila (née Murray), daughter Lorraine (Corcoran, Mayo), son Patrick Jnr., son-in-law Aiden, cherished grandchildren Keela, Dylan & Clodagh, sisters Maureen (McCarthy, Renmore, Galway) & Margaret (Dooner, Kilcommack, Kenagh), all his sisters-in-law, & brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews, relatives, extended family, neighbours, former BNM colleagues, and many friends.
A proud farmer and Bord na Móna man all his life, Patrick will be fondly remembered for his love of the land and his great affection for dogs especially his beloved Billy.
Reposing at St. Matthew’s Church, Ballymahon (N39 T1D9) on Sunday from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.00am, followed by burial in Shrule cemetery.
May he rest in peace.
