Patrick Joseph (PJ) Donoghue passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 23rd at home, surrounded by his adoring family.
Beloved husband and best friend to Mona and loving father to Ruairí, Padraig and Turlough. Son of the late Thomas & Bridie and brother to Eamonn and Joe (predeceased). Deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughters-in-law, Jacinta and Katie; adored grandchildren, Padraic, Shauna, Conor, Grace, Laoise, Hannah, Emily and Cathal. Sadly missed by his loving family, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his home in Carragh, Granard, Co Longford (N39 D2C6), on Friday (24th) from 5pm until 7pm and Saturday (25th) from 4pm until 7pm.
Removal on Sunday (26th) to St. Bernard’s Church, Abbeylara, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by Cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Family flowers only please, Donations in lieu, if desired to The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland c/o Briody Funeral Directors, Kilnaleck or any family member.
