Nuala O'Brien (née O'Grady) passed away on Friday, June 7th, 2024, peacefully, in the devoted care of the staff at The Roscommon Hospice.
Beloved wife of the recently deceased John, daughter of the late Molly and James and sister of the late Evelyn, Kitty, Sheila, Sean and Brendan.
Sadly missed by her sister Margaret (U.K.), brother Jimmy (Knockcroghery), sisters-in-law Kathleen and Bridie, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Tuesday evening (June 11th) from 5 pm until 6.30 pm o’clock followed by removal to St John’s Church, Lecarrow. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday (June 12th) at 11 am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
The O’Brien and O’Grady family would sincerely like to thank the staff at the Roscommon Hospice for the wonderful care and dignity shown to them and to Nuala during her time there. The also would like to acknowledge their friends and neighbours for their kindness at this time.
