Aughamore, Mohill Co Leitrim and formerly of Briskill, Newtownforbes, Co. Longford,
Mary Geelan (née Whyte) died on Tuesday, 12th August 2025 at Cavan General Hospital.
Predeceased by her parents; George and Peggie, her brother; George, her son; Keith, nephews; Alan and Ian Crowe, nieces; Alison Whyte and Eva Lynch.
Sadly missed by her loving husband; Patrick, her sons; Gary and his partner Samantha and Karl and his partner Fiona, grandchildren; Ethan, Conor and Nevaeh, her brothers; Tomas (Donegal), Martin Gerry and Kevin sisters; Carmel Crowe (Gortletteragh) Theresa Maloney (Mayo) and Olivia Whyte, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Mary Rest in Peace.
Mary will repose at her residence at Aughamore, Mohill (Eircode N41HR98) on Friday 15th August from 4.00pm - 8.00pm.
Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday 16th August 2025 at 12 noon in St. Mary's church, Gortletteragh, followed by burial in Gortletteragh cemetery.
