Mary Garvey (née Gaffey) died unexpectedly but peacefully at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Roscommon on Friday, December 12th , 2025.
Predeceased by her husband, James; brother, Michael; and parents, Mai and Tom.
Sadly missed by her much loved son, James; and his fiancée, Jackie Rogers; adored grandson, James; nieces, nephew, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May She rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Monday evening (Dec. 15th) from 5 o’c until 6.30 o’c followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption, Castlecoote. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday morning (Dec. 16th) at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Fuerty Cemetery.
The Garvey and Gaffey family would sincerely like to thank their wonderful neighbours and friends for all their kindness at this time.
