Sunday, March 24th in her 94th year, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the doctors and staff at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her loving husband, Tom Joe and her brothers; Michael, Anthony, Paddy and James. Much loved mother of Rita McHugh (Mullagh), Tommy (Culleenaghmore) and Padraic (Ennis) (Clonberne) and her dear sister Nellie Mullaney (Culleenaghmore).
She will be very sadly missed by her family, son-in-law Noel McHugh, daughters-in-law; Ann(Nevin) and Denise(Finnegan), her grandchildren; Cathal, Ciara and Croía, her great grandchildren; Noah and Rían and Ciara's partner, Keith (Banahan). Also her nieces, nephews, her sister-in-law Agnes Carley and extended members of the Byrne (Beirne) and Carley families, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.

Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home(F42 RK72) , Strokestown, on Tuesday March 26th from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

The Funeral Cortège will leave Mary's residence on Wednesday morning to arrive at Sacred Heart Church, Kilglass for 11:30am mass. Burial afterwards in Kilglass new Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Roscommon/Mayo Hospice c/o Tully's Funeral Directors or any family member.
