Laurence (Larry) Masterson passed away on Wednesday, 10th December 2025. Peacefully, at his home, surrounded by his heartbroken family.
Predeceased by his baby son, Gerard; parents, Joseph and Bridget; sisters, Bernie, Teresa and Kathleen; brother, Joe; and nephew, PJ.
Deeply regretted by his broken-hearted wife of 66 years, Kathleen (née Foy); daughters, Mary (Tommy), Catherine (Christopher), Loretta (Mick), Caroline, Fiona (Joe), Celine (Declan) and Annette (Niall); sons, Laurence (Elaine), Michael and Kieran. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Donal, Darren, Siobhan, Christopher, Danielle, Sarah, Rebecca, Caitlin, Lorcan, Caragh, Phelim and Conor. Adored by his great-grandchildren, Seanie and Fiachra. Deeply regretted by his brothers, Bartle and Paddy; nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home at Hilltown, Tonashammer, Castlepollard (N91 TR24) on Monday, December 15th from 4pm to 7pm. House private thereafter at all times. There will be a one-way traffic system in operation; please co-operate with the stewards. Removal on Tuesday, December 16th to St Feichin's Church, Fore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
