Kay Mahon (née Horgan) passed away on June 20, 2025, Peacefully, in the devoted care of the wonderful staff at Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Kay will be deeply missed by her loving family — sons; Joseph and Ollie, daughters; Fiona and Sinead, sons-in-law Gerry and Thomas, and her cherished grandchildren; Lauren, Grace, Sophia and Evan.
Fondly remembered by her brother Jim, sister Mary, sisters-in-law; Angela, Mary, Kathleen, and Nancy, brothers-in-law; Des and John, as well as her nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her husband Cyril, her daughter Catriona, her brother Tim, and sisters Sarah and Eileen.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Hamrock's Funeral Home, Athleague (F42CC92) on Sunday (June 22nd) from 5pm followed by removal at 7pm to St Patrick's Church, Athleague. Funeral Mass on Monday (June 23rd) at 11.30am with burial to take place afterwards in Athleague Cemetery.
