Kathleen Ryan (nee McCabe) passed away peacefully on the Monday, 22 December 2025, in the care of her loving family at Regional Hospital Mullingar.
Pre-deceased by her husband, William Ryan; parents, Margaret and Patrick McCabe; and brother, Packi-Joe McCabe RIP. Deeply regretted by her children, Margaret, Anne, Billy, Paul; wife, Frances, Irene and Carmel; husband, Niall; brothers, Sean, Brendan and Frank; sister, Margaret (Rosie); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brother-in-law, John; sisters-in-law, Noreen, Nora and Joan; neighbours and family friends, and her wonderful carers.
Kathleen will repose at Smith's Funeral Home, Barrack St., Granard, Co. Longford (eircode N39AX97), on Friday 26th from 4pm to 6pm. Removal to St. Mary's Church Granard on the 27th for Funeral Mass at 2pm followed by burial in Granardkill Cemetery.
