John (Johnny) McHugh passed away peacefully on Thursday, 2nd October 2025, in the tender care of the nurses and staff of Roscommon Hospice surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Maureen; and sister-in-law, Rose. Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife, Kathy; sisters, Mary-Ellen McGuire (Frank) and Noreen Reynolds (Seamus); brothers; Gerry (Diane) and Jimmy; sister-in-law Mary, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Leavy’s Funeral Home, Scramogue (F42 FD78), on Friday, 3rd October from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, Kilglass, on Saturday 4th October at 12noon and can be viewed via https://www.facebook.com/share/1A3URzJkSw/?mibextid=wwXIfr, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, at 3pm.
