John (Jackie) Carty passed away peacefully on Saturday, 4th October, in his 93rd year in the devoted care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice.
Sadly missed by his sisters, Kathleen and Bridie O'Leary; niece, Ann (Padraig Mannion); nephews, Seamus, Joe (Paula), Padraig (Geraldine); grandnieces, grandnephews, cousin, Canon Liam Devine; relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Jackie Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Hamrock's Funeral Home, Athleague on Sunday, 5th October from 5.30pm to 7pm, followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Castlecoote. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday at 11.30am with burial to take place afterwards in Athleague Cemetery.
