John Clarke passed away on Saturday, 6th December, 2025. Peacefully at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family.
John Clarke, Beloved husband & best friend of Mary.
Predeceased by his parents Tom & Teenie (Larchgrove), his uncle Michael and his aunt Mamie (Lahausk).
Loving father of Jonathan, Jason & Rebecca (Regan). Father-in-law to Shane & Ruth. Adored Grandad of Cathal, Aiden, Ellie, Sam, Rory, Senan & Molly. Dearest brother to Cyril, Christine, Thomas, Loretta, Geraldine, Veronica & Sandra. John will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown (F42 RK72) on Tuesday, December 9th, from 5pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday, December 10th, to St. Catherine's Church, Killina, to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm. Burial afterwards in Killina Cemetery.
